UN ACCEPTABLE TREATMENT BETWEEN RAIWAY EMPLOYEES AND OTHER CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

Honourable Secretary General  NFPE has written a letter in his blog  regarding over time allowance.

In railways  they implement  revised  OTA of its employees based on the recent basic pay,Grade pay  and other allowances.But in other departments no revision of OTA.Government  can revise the OTA after 5 cpc and also again after 6cpc  for railway employees but cannot do so for other CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES despite a Arbitration Award in this regard..This is un acceptable.
