Maximum limit – Amendment to rule 15-B of General Provident Fund (Tamil Nadu)

ORDER :

The following Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the General Provident Fund
(Tamil Nadu) Rules.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, in rule 15-B, in the provisos to sub-rule (1), for the
expression “Rs.2,50,000/-”, the expression “Rs.6,00,000/-” shall be substituted.
