ADDITION/DELITION OF EMPANELLED HOSPITALS FROM CGHS LIST

The Directorate General of Health Service,CGHS Desk.ll, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi,with referance to the order NoS.11011/69/2004-CGHS Desk.Il (Part.4),Dated ,the 30th March, 2010,has directed the CGHS Head Quarters to add/delete the names of empanelled hospitals from the Ministry’s website due to non-submission of MOA / bank guarantee and not interested to continue on the panel of CGHS after expiry of agreement period of two years  TO VIEW THE  HOSPITALS  CLICK HERE--http://mohfw.nic.in/writereaddata/cghsdata/citytender/File146.pdf
