DOPT --DISCLOSURE OF THIRD PARTY INFORMATION UNDER THE RTI ACT ---2005

Ministry of personnel  PG &pensions  DOPT  RELEASED an order regarding RTI  act.In this lots of documents containing personnel details may travel from one authority to another authority.A question has arisen whether the recepient public authority can disclose such confidential papers under the rti act  2005.
