Outstanding points were discussed with DGOF on 24/07, during his visit at SAF Kanpur.  Following are his replies (point wise) .





1. Promotion : Chargeman promotion to Asst. Foreman in Electrical & Chemical streams (138 + 238) are under issue.





2. Merged Seniority : Issue of Merged Seniority of Chargeman   may take 4 -5 weeks after the above mentioned Promotion.





3. Review DPC : Review DPC will be done after finalisation of Merged Seniority. This review will take care of the left-out Chargeman (as per the Merged Seniority).





4. Merger : OFB will do as per Orders  awaited from Min. of Fin. by this time and will not take up the case of JWMs further.
