DOPT-REGARDING PROMOTION OF STENOS GRADE C TO GRADE A&B(MERGED) ON ad-hoc BASIS

DOPT issued a OM No 5/21/2010-CS-II dated 30th June 2010 regarding promotion of steno GR C to steno GR A&;B (MERGED).Vacancies in  stenos GR A&;B in CSSS in various cadres be filled up on ad -hoc basis by promoting the eligible officers figuring in the common seniority list of steno GR C.Totally 112 stenos GR C willl get promotion to GR A&B(MERGED) after assesing their suitability for promotion by screening the records.The period of ad-hoc  promotion would be up to 31-12-2010or till the regular stenos GR A&B(MERGED) of CSSS (PS) become available
